BlockBargaining Terms of Use

1. What BlockBargaining does

BlockBargaining helps buyers describe needs, find related demand, and explore provider responses. It can create member-only groups and discussions. We review a group before making a limited summary publicly discoverable.

A request guarantees no match, provider response, lower price, negotiation, or purchase. A group coordinates interest; it is not a joint-buy commitment. Managed outreach and negotiation are limited to supported locations and categories. Request acceptance does not mean managed help is available.

Launch is limited to New Jersey for adults 18 and older. Broad category intake is available; provider coverage and managed assistance are not guaranteed for any category. Provider registration, opportunities, bids, offers, and completion tracking apply only when enabled and are not promised everywhere.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to manage your own account.

Provide accurate account/contact information and use an email you control. Magic links can access your account; do not share them. Report suspected unauthorized access to rrkora@gmail.com. You are responsible for information and activity you knowingly submit or authorize, without removing rights when an account is misused without authorization.

3. Requests and group participation

Describe needs honestly and review summaries/categorization before submission. Automated interpretation or matching can be wrong. Saving can create or join a group and create a related post. Pending: the final submission notice must explain that before saving.

Member-only information is visible to members and authorized operators. Do not submit passwords, magic links, card data, government IDs, exact home addresses, or unnecessary private information; use a general location.

You may leave using available controls. An offer decision records non-binding interest. You may withdraw that interest or leave without a purchase or completion obligation. Leaving does not automatically delete your account, requests, posts, or operational records. No vote, count, administrator decision, or other buyer's acceptance commits you; each offer decision is individual.

4. Public group summaries

An operator may approve a discovery card limited to a sanitized topic/summary, category, aggregate active-member count, and group link/identifier. It must exclude identities, contacts, exact addresses, raw requests, membership identities, and posts.

Cards can be viewed and copied outside the group, and small groups or changing counts may still permit inference. Report an identifying or improper card through reporting controls or email rrkora@gmail.com with its link.

5. Providers and offers when enabled

Providers must accurately describe identity, business, capabilities, service areas, offers, and legally required licenses, registrations, permissions, and insurance. They must not imply that BlockBargaining verified credentials or guaranteed performance unless a specific accurate check is stated.

Registration, opportunity access, or offer approval guarantees no qualification, safety, quality, price, or performance. Buyers should review providers and arrangements. Offers should identify goods/services, itemized price and currency, taxes and mandatory charges, inclusions/exclusions, quantities, expiry, timing, delivery/service method, and cancellation, refund, and warranty terms. A changed bid is a new version and cannot replace accepted terms.

Our review permits presentation; it accepts nothing for a buyer. Every buyer chooses independently.

Choosing an offer records only a non-binding expression of interest, which you may withdraw. It creates no purchase, payment, or completion obligation. Any provider contract requires a separate agreement. It does not process payment, place an order, sign a document, or disclose contacts. Technical limits do not determine legal effect.

Kora Agentic AI manages customer-provider communication. Contacts are not automatically shared. Necessary fulfillment and merchant disclosures require an explained, reviewed process; providers are not promised anonymity. A request, group membership, or offer interest never authorizes disclosure of contacts.

Completion reports record each reporter's statement; administrative closure is operational. Neither establishes payment, settles disputes, releases claims, or cancels rights under another agreement.

6. Payments and separate agreements

For the initial launch, buyers pay the identified provider directly using the arrangement stated in the provider’s final quote or agreement. BlockBargaining does not collect the buyer’s purchase payment through the website, process payment-card details, or hold purchase funds in escrow. Do not send card numbers, bank credentials, or sign-in information to our support address or put them in a request or discussion.

There is no website membership fee for the initial launch. Kora Agentic AI is compensated by providers through a separately agreed commission. Provider commission is separate from the buyer’s payment to the provider. This disclosure does not mean that the goods or services are free, that a commission has no effect on a provider’s quoted price, or that any particular commission rate is approved.

Pending: each provider’s commission rate or amount, calculation basis, earning/payment trigger, cancellation and refund adjustments, and dispute terms must be settled in a separate written agreement. These Terms do not set those commercial terms or establish an additional buyer service fee.

Before paying, review the named provider, exact goods or services, total price and currency, mandatory charges, timing, payment recipient, cancellation/refund terms, and warranty or support arrangements. Nonbinding interest on BlockBargaining is not that final agreement or a payment authorization. A revised quote requires a new decision on the revised terms.

The provider receives the buyer’s payment and is the first party responsible for carrying out its payment, delivery, service, and refund obligations under the final agreement and applicable law. Contact rrkora@gmail.com for coordination and help raising an issue; you may also use the provider’s payment, returns, or legally required contact route. BlockBargaining cannot guarantee a provider refund or reverse a payment it did not process. Nothing here removes any responsibility that applicable law places on Kora Agentic AI.

Any later website checkout, payment collection, escrow, or integrated commission deduction would be a separate change with its own disclosures and agreements. It is not part of this initial arrangement.

7. Your content and permitted use

You retain rights in submitted content and must have the right to submit it without infringing rights or exposing private information.

You give Kora Agentic AI nonexclusive permission to store, process, format, and display content only as needed to provide and protect the service-matching, disclosed group visibility, moderation, support, and approved public summaries. Service providers may process it on our behalf. This does not permit publishing raw private requests or advertising use. Retention remains governed by the Privacy Notice and law.

Use the service only for its intended purpose under these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. Do not reuse private participant information for unrelated purposes, circumvent controls, or misrepresent your relationship with BlockBargaining.

8. Moderation and access restrictions

The owner handles reports at rrkora@gmail.com. After review, we may hide or restrict content, limit activity, or suspend access when reasonably needed for misuse, security, policy, or legal obligations, including without prior notice for immediate risk or legal compliance.

Ask us to review moderation at rrkora@gmail.com, identifying the account/content and concern. Support is not an emergency service; continuous monitoring and response times are not promised. Platform restrictions do not cancel separate agreements, legal obligations, or retained records.

9. Service limits and your rights

Features may be unavailable, interrupted, or changed. We promise no commercial outcome or universal accuracy. We remain responsible for our statements and obligations under law.

Nothing excludes a non-waivable right, remedy, warranty, or liability. These Terms require no arbitration, class-action waiver, governing-law/court selection, or blanket liability release.

10. Changes and contact

New versions will have effective dates. Material changes affecting ongoing use receive appropriate notice and renewed agreement where required. Revisions do not retroactively change accepted offers or authorize new personal-information use.
