BlockBargaining Acceptable Use Policy

Effective date: [APPROVED PUBLICATION DATE]

Kora Agentic AI operates BlockBargaining. This policy covers requests, profiles, group activity, enabled provider registrations, bids/offers, and service communications. Report concerns through available controls or rrkora@gmail.com.

1. Be accurate and act in good faith

  • Describe genuine needs and offers honestly. Do not create fake buyers, requests, memberships, bids, reviews, or completion reports to inflate demand or mislead.
  • Do not impersonate people/businesses or falsely claim affiliation, endorsement, license, certification, or verification.
  • Do not conceal material costs, replace an offer version after a decision, or claim one buyer or vote committed another buyer.
  • Do not use the service for fraud, theft, illegal conduct, supplier price-fixing, bid-rigging, or unlawful coordination. Buyers coordinating genuine needs still decide individually.
  • Do not conceal the actual payment recipient, suppress lawful complaints, or obstruct a provider’s legally required contact, returns, payment-dispute or consumer-rights route.

2. Respect people and private information

  • Do not threaten, harass, stalk, exploit, unlawfully discriminate, post hateful abuse or sexual exploitation, or encourage violence or self-harm.
  • Do not publish another person's information or identify private-group members without permission, including through group topics or count changes.
  • Keep passwords, magic links, access codes, card/bank details, government IDs, exact home addresses, and unnecessary sensitive information out of requests and discussions.
  • Do not scrape, export, sell, or reuse participant information for unrelated purposes. Customer-provider communication is managed by Kora Agentic AI; do not bypass this process or disclose participant contacts.
  • Do not post material you lack the right to share, including confidential or infringing content.

3. Keep requests and offers lawful and supported

Do not request, offer, promote, or arrange illegal goods/services, stolen or counterfeit products, recalled or unlawfully unsafe products, exploitation or trafficking, deceptive financial schemes, or services intended to harm people or gain unauthorized system access.

Providers must follow applicable laws and professional requirements. Intake acceptance is not a legality determination.

Illegal requests are excluded. Detected regulated or high-risk requests are held for manual review rather than automatic matching. Broad category intake is approved without guaranteed provider coverage. Screening can miss unsafe requests; review does not guarantee legality.

The service is not emergency response. For immediate threats, use an appropriate local emergency service.

4. Protect the service

  • Do not bypass sign-in, membership, rate limits, moderation, or access settings.
  • Do not access another account, private request, discussion, provider record, or operator tool without authorization.
  • Do not introduce malware, disrupt availability, automate abusive traffic, or probe systems outside an expressly authorized test.
  • Do not use multiple accounts to evade restrictions, manipulate demand counts, or submit misleading repeated offers.
  • Do not send spam or unrelated solicitations through discussions or provider workflows.

Report a security problem with a limited description to rrkora@gmail.com. Do not access extra data, publish private information, or send secrets. This policy grants no testing authorization or reward promise.

5. Reports and enforcement

The owner handles reports at rrkora@gmail.com and may hide content or suspend access after review. Identify the content, account, request, or group and explain the concern using only necessary information. Do not file knowingly false or retaliatory reports.

We may request clarification, remove/restrict content, limit features, or suspend access when reasonably needed to protect users, enforce policy, or comply with law, including urgent action without notice. Operational closure is not a legal decision about a buyer-provider dispute.

Appeal a restriction/removal at rrkora@gmail.com with relevant details. Continuous monitoring, fixed response times, and advance detection of every prohibited item are not promised. Reports and records are handled under the Privacy Notice; this policy does not limit legal rights or remedies.
